I am so excited and honoured to offer students and graduates of The Healing Animals Organisation the DIPLOMA IN SOUND THERAPY WITH TIM WHEATER. As a professional healing organisation we have been developing a series of Continued Professional Development courses to add to your healing tool kit. Many of you have requested more healing modalities to integrate with your animal and human practice. I have been working with Tim for well over a decade and we both feel very passionately about the power of sound and how sound frequencies can heal us and others. This course comes at a time of great change and renewal to Mother Earth as we all adapt to the “resonances” and herald in the newer higher frequencies of 2012. This Diploma will resonate with anyone whose mission is to be of service in this life time for the highest good of all. This course will nourish the soul and you will express your creativity in ways you never thought before! And help galvanise yourself for the exciting new changes ahead.
Over the many years of teaching I have observed you honing and developing your healing skills; helping animals and their carers find peace and relaxation. YOU adapting very quickly to the environment you are finding yourselves in and becoming a channel of healing and love for animals and carers. Many of us are finding in a healing session, carers are able to express themselves and communicate with us about how they would like to heal themselves. This is a privilege and honour to a therapist when a carer engages in self awareness and self development work. It can be very liberating to talk to somebody who is not judgemental, and is happy to listen and help facilitate their healing process. This is where we can help and be more equipped to help those with the power of sound healing.
Every living being is made of energy, a cocktail of vibrations oscillating at different frequencies and many people today are finding themselves confronting issues with themselves, others, work, relationships, and the stress of life. There are many ways to create a positive outcome and take ownership of these situations, through acceptance, process of change, closure and creating a positive way forward with renewed life force to feel Liberated. If we are to adapt to these new frequencies of “Nature” we need to surrender and trust and welcome the JOY we all deserve. This course will be fun and rewarding and take the healer to a deeper understanding of the self and indulge in the wonderful sound healings sessions planned for the course.

DIPLOMA IN SOUND THERAPY WITH TIM WHEATER
Module one 30th March – 1st April & module two 11th – 13th May
Tim Wheater is offering a unique Diploma in Sound Therapy. He will be facilitating two strands of in-depth sound healing modules leading to the dip. WSA (Wheater Sound Acadamy) Each module will be of three days duration, with the last day dedicated to practical and written assessments. Upon completion of this Diploma graduates will be able to obtain full insurance from Balens.
His unique and masterful training is hands-on and a wonderful opportunity to learn from a musical master. The course will cover easy voice/breath work. As well as intense tuition in the skills of playing a wide variety of musical instruments that lend themselves sympathetically to the healing environment.
His clear and sympathetic teaching will inspire you to new heights of consciousness through the powerful portal of sound. The skills acquired will complement any existing disciplines of healing used by the participants, a valuable therapeutic skill that will help other beings, and also be of wonderful assistance to the students own growth.
Instruments covered include, the voice, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, planet gongs, mono chord, and the ancient Solfeggio chimes. His insight into the depths and philosophy of sound healing are cutting edge and world class. It is a unique opportunity to master the ancient craft of healing with sound, with particular attention paid to the ancient Solfeggio frequencies that are awesomely powerful in their therapeutic effect.

Overview of module one
Breath work: simple and safe voice work i.e. mantra chanting and vocal toning, explanation of all the instruments we will be working with including the ancient solfeggio (chimes and the ancient frequencies) and its profound implications of all beings and the natural world itself.
Introduction to Tibetan bowls, the drum and its powerful effects creating a sonic massage. Introduction to the sound chair(a chair strung with strings enabling the recipient to receive direct vibrations). Philosophical approaches to sound healing and music position within society.
Extensive practical, hands on experience and tuition of all instruments for the Diploma in Sound Healing.
Overview of module two
Recap of previous instruments and playing techniques. Introduction to the planet gongs, with various techniques taught to deliver a gong bath. Demonstration of crystal bowls, extensive demonstration of tuning forks and their many uses in the sound healing field. Extensive playing all of the fore mentioned instruments including a segment of tuition and discovering an easy method of playing the ancient flute.
No previous musical experience is needed.
Tim has taught these techniques successfully to scores of previous students. He has constantly witnessed a deepening sense of creativity from all his students as a result of these simple techniques.
