Tim Wheater is offering a unique Certificate in Sound Consciousness:

He will be facilitating two strands of in-depth sound healing modules leading to the award.  Each module will be of two days duration.  His unique and masterful training is hands-on and a wonderful opportunity to learn from a musical master. The course will cover easy voice/breath work. As well as simple tuition in the skills of playing a wide variety of musical instruments that lend themselves sympathetically to the healing environment.

His clear and sympathetic teaching will inspire you to new heights of consciousness through the powerful portal of sound.  The skills acquired will complement any existing disciplines of healing used by the participants. A valuable therapeutic skill which will help others, and also be of wonderful assistance to the students own growth.

Instruments covered include, the voice, Tibetan bowls, Tuning Forks, planet gongs, and the ancient Solfeggio chimes.  His insight into the depths and philosophy of sound healing are cutting edge and world class.  It is a unique opportunity to master the ancient craft of healing with sound, with particular attention paid to the ancient Solfeggio frequencies that are awesomely powerful in their therapeutic effect.

Location: The course is held at Chealsfield in the heart of the South Downs National Park, nine miles north of Brighton. Set in eight acres of quiet unspoilt countryside facilities include comfortable large barn style classroom, individual therapy rooms and meditation and herb gardens.

Overview of module one: Saturday 27^th July 11.00 am – 6.00pm &Sunday 28^th July 10.00am – 5.00pm

Breath work: simple and safe voice work i.e. mantra chanting and vocal toning, explanation of all the instruments we will be working with including the ancient Solfeggio (chimes and the ancient frequencies) and its profound effect upon all beings.

Introduction to Tibetan bowls, the drum and its powerful effects creating a sonic massage. Philosophical approaches to sound healing and music position within society and deep insights into Tuning Fork Therapy utilising all nine Solfeggio tunings. Extensive practical, hands on experience and tuition of all instruments in Sound Healing. 

 Overview of module two: Saturday 17^th August 11.00 am – 6.00pm & Sunday 18^th August 10.00am – 5.00pm

Recap of previous instruments and playing techniques. Introduction to the Earth Gong, with various techniques taught to deliver a gong bath. Extensive demonstration of tuning forks and their many uses in the sound healing field. Extensive playing all of the fore mentioned instruments including a segment of tuition and discovering an easy method of playing the ancient flute.

 No previous musical experience is needed.

Tim has taught these techniques successfully to scores of previous students. He has constantly witnessed a deepening sense of creativity from all his students as a result of these simple techniques.
